Immaculate Caravan Holiday Home in South Devon (Chudleigh) near Newton Abbot, South Devon based in the Finlake Holiday Park.

The Caravan is a 2002 Willerby Aspen 37ft x 12ft, 2 bedroom 4+2 berth model with extensive wood decking to the side and rear.  Low price as quick sale required.

This is a residential section only, no commercial sub-letting, although "lending" to friends and family is OK.

It is in a plot around 50 meters from a lake on a site that is like a mini "Centre Park".  There are indoor and outdoor pools (with slide).  Many acres of woodland to explore, fishing lake, small golf course, gym, beauty rooms (for facials, massage etc.), tennis courts, horse riding, several bars and restaurants, shop, laundry, games room etc...

About eight miles from Torbay for the beaches and two miles to Dartmoor national Park for great walks.

Wrap around decking is great for your private area.  Full wood skirting hides all those ugly pipes and gives additional under floor storage too!

Extensive wood decking to the side and rear is south facing so gets heaps and heaps of sun.  Enough room for a large table and chairs, recliners and kids toys.  There is a metal storage "garage" for bikes, covers etc. which is included in the price.  There is one tree to the back of the plot and a little stream.
